Liriope muscari 'Evergreen Giant' (AKA Giant Liriope, Border Grass)

A popular border and edging plant that looks great in tubs, rows, as a border or mass planted under taller shrubs or trees. Stiff, textured 3/8" - 1/2" wide leaf blades. White to pale purple flower spikes appear in summer and last well into autumn.

This plant can be used as a tall groundcover, border plant, or accent plant. Often used as a lawn substitute and in shade gardens. Large areas covered with this plant lend a soothing effect to any landscape. Moderate growth rate, prefers well drained soil. Mature height 18" - 30", spacing 9-12".
