Yes, you may specify multiple shipping dates for parts of your order of 1000 or more of one item and still get the full discount off the entire order. Suppose you want 1000 plants but do not want to have to plant them all at once... you can order 1000 plants and specify multiple ship dates for parts of the orders (such as 1/2 now, 1/2 next week, ...).
