No shipments - AK, AZ, CA, HI, NV, OR, WA
The Department of Agriculture dictates that plants shipped to Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington have their roots washed clean of all soil before shipment.
Complying with this requirement is difficult for two reasons: the effort required to manually wash the roots and the challenge to ship soil-less roots without them drying out during shipment.
We experimented with several strategies and concluded that it is impossible to comply in a cost-effective manner.
We do not ship to Alaska because of the high cost of the expedited shipping that is required.
