AKA Catherine Woodbery'Catherine Woodbury' is one of the best - a sturdy reblooming performer. The lightly ruffled, 4 1/2" blooms have a green throat and petals with delicate and intricate hues of orchid and lavender.
Catherine blooms earlier than most daylilies (from May through July), making it an excellent choice for extending the flowering season by planting it near later blooming varieties. With dark green foliage, this daylily will reach a height of 26-34" and a spread of 24-36", spacing 24-36".
Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs. It prefers a full sun area that is well-drained.
This variety is "dormant" (they lose their foliage after frost and remain leafless or without foliage for some period of time that is variable by cultivar and growing region).
