Credit Card or PayPal Payments

This form adds a payment to your shopping cart.

Use this form for miscellaneous payments such as to:

  • pay for items that are not available in the store, such as special orders (to pay for items in the store just put them in your cart and checkout).
  • pay for orders already placed but not paid for
  • add a partial flat of an item to an order of that same item

If this payment involves an existing order, please include the Order Number.

Once you click 'Add To Cart', you will be taken to your cart where you can complete the transaction by paying with PayPal or your credit card.
