Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept any returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us . Your satisfaction is our top priority. Frequently, our product pages feature a photo depicting the typical appearance upon shipment, which helps prevent any potential disappointments stemming from unmet expectations.


If anything is lost or damaged in transit, or is delivered in poor condition, we will make it right. Simply "contact us " within three days of delivery and explain what was not perfect with your delivery. Let us know whether we should replace or refund the imperfect plants.
