We live on a tributary of the Potomac River near the Chesapeake Bay. Very sandy, salty soil. After putting retaining rock on the bank, we planted 48 junipers in the winter of 2015. We lost only 7 plant. We needed more, so ordered an additional 24. All are doing extremely well and are spreading beautifully. Great plants for totally abysmal soil!
