These arrived promptly and in great shape. The only complaint I'd offer is that they were a pain to "unwind" but I'm guessing that's because they were more mature plants--I've only used smaller plants in the past. That made the planting process go VERY slowly but I'm guessing that would have happened with any company at this point in the season. (Note to self: order earlier!)

Also, a big "thank you" to the staff for catching that I had accidentally ordered a plant that didn't grow in my climate! (major vs. minor). Many companies would likely have just processed the order without even thinking twice and I greatly appreciate that CG caught it!
