Review of Periwinkle 'Traditional' {Bare Root Plants, min 500}

I ordered 1,000 vinca minor plants and they all arrived healthy and green. I'm hoping that next spring they'll fill out to look as lush as the photo on the Classy Groundcovers website. Last year I ordered daylily and astible plants from Classy Groundcovers and I'm satisfied with how well they are doing in my garden.
