04/16/2017 Update According to the e:Mail the plants were loaded onto UPS on 4/8 and was to be delivered on the same day. It arrived on 4/12, three days later.

I have planted them immediately. At this time, not sure how many of the plants will establish roots and grow.

If you look at the tracking for your shipment, you see that the plants were shipped on Monday 4/10 and delivered two days later on 4/12. Our site clearly shows that shipments go out on Monday and take two days in transit to MD, I have no idea where you would have gotten the idea that they were to be delivered on the same day.
I am sure you will agree that the plants were in great shape when you got them. UPS shipment labels are sometimes prepared a couple of days ahead when we have hundreds of orders going out on Monday during our busy season, it does not mean that the plants were packaged on that day.

Please consider revising your review to be of the quality of the plants, not your perception of how long the plants were in transit. We promised to ship Monday and deliver Wednesday and we did.
