The Blue Emerald phlox arrived a bit waterlogged. I was a little concerned at first, but the foliage was in great shape. They have taken a bit longer the settle in than the 'Red Wing's phlox, but they are now doing quite well. By the end of summer I doubt you will be able to tell any difference in their growth.
