I called first had a couple questions, got a good answer and ordered and had them two days later .
Pretty much exactly as advertised, shipped in a great wax box. Find a leave outside for a few days to let them acclimate or water. I would definitely order again. I would get the 3 1/2 or 4 inch pots next time just to get something a little more established
