Plants received were in ok condition. I planted all within 3 days. Just waiting to see results. The twisting of runners made it a little difficult to separate planting.

I apologize that you thought you needed to un-twist the runners before planting, that was not needed. We twist them together like that so you can tell one "plant" (3-5 stems). If you get more, just plant them without un-twisting them.
