Dwarf Plumbago, Hardy Blue Plumbago

I have had this ground cover for a few years now. I wanted more to add to my landscape. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. I finally found it online here. I love the blue flowers in spring, and the leaf color changes in the fall (autumn colors). My plants arrived in great shape, they were boxed really well. They arrived still moist in pots with newspaper all around the edges and on the top and bottom of the plants to keep in moisture. The box was very sturdy and had a waxy feel to it and tie wrapped. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
