All went well although some clumps were generous and some were skimpy,I had trouble with the rubber bands on the clumps ,so I put them in the ground with them. Laurence j belosevic

I apologize if you feel that some of the plants were skimpy, contact us if you want a partial refund. As we explained on the packing slip with your plants, there is no need to remove the rubber band before planting, it will dissolve.
