Review of Dwarf Plumbago, Hardy Blue Plumbago {3 1/4 in. Pots min 25}

Hardy Blue Plumbago

The entire execution from order to delivery was excellent (10/10). Too often items come substandard as I ordered 1000 of these plants and they were still moist coming from Georgia to Pennsylvania. Well done! I would highly recommend Classy Groundcovers.
