These ferns had a very high mortality rate. At the time I ordered them, I was not aware of the loss predicted that was later disclosed on your website.

Why would you give the plants a low rating because you neglected to notice the loss expectation stated on the product description on the page that you ordered from?

The information was present there before you ordered, why do you say "later disclosed"?
