Ajuga plants arrived in great shape

We are trying to get something to grow under our southern sugar maple which has become impossible to mow around because of numerous roots. I recalled my parents having had ajuga and thought I'd give it a try. After not being able to find anyone in our area who had even heard of it, I went online. We feel lucky to have found Classy Groundcovers. Plants arrived in great shape, healthier than most plants at local nurseries. We carefully sprayed weed killer between the bigger roots of the maple tree to kill centipede grass, filled in with topsoil, and planted the ajuga. If it doesn't work it won't be because of the plants.
