My Vinca plants arrived very healthy and in excellent shape with a lot of foliage. Ordered on a Sunday night, shipped the next day. The packaging is top notch. A heavy waxed cardboard box and newspaper keep the plants moist and secure during shipping. I was worried when the shipment was delayed for an extra day in a UPS sorting facility but the packaging kept the plants moist and cool. Fresh right out of the box. I ordered the vinca roots lasts year and was similarly impressed.
