I received a flat of Creeping White Phlox Plugs. They arrived very healthy and green. The best part of my purchase was the condition of their roots. Some small hair like roots were coming out the drain holes of the planting pots. I was able to open the rootball into four equal parts and spread them out flat onto the planting hole. They are all planted with no shock at all.
