Classy ground covers was easy to work with and answered questions we had quickly but honestly we were a little bit surprised when we received the plants. There is fine print that explains that if you buy Boston ivy plants during the winter they are just bare roots but we didn't see that and we are from south Texas so expected green plants even tho it is January

I do not understand why you gave a bad rating when we explained that the plants are deciduous and will not have foliage in winter,
