Fine Plants - GREAT service

I've been a customer for years; having now planted nearly two thousand of these Asiatic Jasmine - mostly from bare roots. I'm not kidding when I say that exactly ONE of the bare root plants didn't make it. Kevin convinced me of the bare root product a couple of years ago. GREAT advice. The care taken to package and time the the shipment is very evident. In my most recent order however the number of plants shipped wasn't right. NO WORRIES as a quick conversation with Kevin and the missing plants were on their way! Passing on another tip from Kevin WHICH HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE ... is that it really helps to add water storing crystals in the potting mix. The plants are fine (by which I mean they are great) but the service is exceptional.
