Healthy plants - well-packed - quick shipment

I ordered them last year, when they came well-packed and in time. The little pots were all filled with roots. This season they all gave yellow flowers and have spread to about 3 feet in each direction - love it. So I order more this year to spread their beauty to other parts of the yard.
