Haven't seen any transplant shock and this glossy variety of pachysandra is very pretty. I hope it survives my USDA 4 winter. After years of gardening, I find that densely planted living groundcovers offer more weed control than mulch and they don't seem to sap the energy from their larger plant neighbors.
