Ordered wrong plants

I wrote a message through your Contact Us feature last Friday when the plants were delivered. The plants I received were in great shape. However, I ordered regular Mondo grass by mistake. For the past 3 years, I have ordered bare root Dwarf mondo grass from ClassyGroundcovers. That was my intention this time also. Apparently dwarf is no longer available in bare root. But when I went down the list past the potted dwarf plants and came to bare root I ordered 50 not realizing the plant selection had switched to the full size plants, which I cannot use. I have not received any response to my email. I was hoping to hear something.
