This is a follow up review. My original review was generally good but referenced a small number of plants that were stressed. The company read my review , contacted me by email, issued a refund for the damaged plants.

Outstanding customer service and refreshing integrity
09/13/2017 Update Of the 24 plants, 3 were stressed and 1 was close to dead. The others were as hoped for. Delivery was great as promised .

You should have contacted us immediately if they arrived in less than perfect shape. I am not sure what happened in transit, but summer shipments sometimes suffer in the UPS delivery van. Can we give you a refund for 4 plants?
