I've order the 3 1/2" pots then tried the 21/2" all of them were healthy packaged extremely well. The potting soil was damp upon arrival everyone had excellent root growth. They all are doing well , looking really good. If I order more I'll get the 2 1/2" . I've called and emailed questions several times. Everyone I spoke with was patient very knowledgeable very pleasant. Definitely worth every penny. The only negative was one box had a corner that had been crunched in shipping. I called C G and they apologized and sent replacements right away no hassles no charge.
