Plants were great arrived in good condition. Just a couple of suggestions:

I felt they could've used a little more water because of the heat had to water ASAP

It should be marked live plants so perhaps UPS would've left them at the door. I had to try to track down the driver so they weren't stored over the weekend-big hassle.

Hi Nancy,

On the Shipping tab of the page you ordered from we do state "If you are more than a one-day ship away, we do not recommend shipping this plant during the heat of summer (mid-June through mid-September)." and IL is more than a day away.

We do not require a signature for delivery, it is up to the delivery driver's discretion whether they feel it is safe to leave the package without a signature. We have no control over that and putting Live Plants on the box would not have changed that.
