Great customer service/great plants

Very impressed with this company. My first purchase of vinca was mistakenly shipped via ground and took five days to arrive. The plants were in okay shape but were very dry. I planted them but only a few survived. I told the company what happened and said i would like to see how these plants looked after a week. However, I was told that they plants should have shipped via UPS air and that they wanted to send me new plants. A little over a week later, my new plants arrived in great shape. So far, all the new plants have survived and are doing well. I'm very impressed with this company's customer service and I certainly plan to order from them in the future.
