Review of Dwarf Plumbago, Hardy Blue Plumbago {3 1/4 in. Pots min 25}

Quick healthy plants
08/28/2018 By Barry Leaton

Easy to find and order plants online. Plants arrived quickly and although they looked a bit stressed (you would too if you were at the mercy of the USPS) they all perked up and are thriving. The 3 1/2 inch pots are just right for a new planting. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
