Review of Japanese Spurge {Bare Root Plants, min 50}

Pachysandra planted in full sun in Blue Ridge Mtns
05/06/2015 By Steve Woodall

I was lucky to be at home when the delivery occurred and was able to plant the same day, into carefully prepared bed of native soil in Rabun County, Georgia at 1800 ft amsl.
The roots were abundant and healthy looking, and it was easy to separate the individuals sets. The plants' good condition was apparent then and the results so far have exceeded my expectations. New shoots formed within days, with total height typically now 5 inches. None of the plants seem stressed, despite the full sun and low 80s on south-facing slope.
I may be pushing the envelope with this species choice, but my soil is as good as it gets and the area has high rainfall, well distributed. Time will tell
