The plants came as advertised in good condition. I even received more than I had expected. I planted them in above ground planters and unfortunately, they didn't survive the winter, which was unusually harsh. (Bamboo that I had planted two years prior didn't survive either.)

Why if the plants arrived in good condition are you giving them a 1-star rating?
It's not the plant's fault that you planted them in above ground planters and they did not survive your unusually harsh winter.
