Extremely Poor Quality

I thought for sure I'd be receiving a highly rated quality of bare root plants for my new home. I'm very dissatisfied with the condition I received the bare roots. They were not worth plant, a total waste of my money. They were dry, not a bit of green showing on the top. They appeared to be covered with mold/a fungus.

Please refund me my money ASAP.

Hi Linda,

You should contact us immediately if there was a problem with your order.
They shouldn't arrive dry, thye must have gotten cooked in the delivery van.
Sometimes in the hot months that happens if you are one of the later deliveries on a hot day.

We will certainly replace them or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
