When first order of 150 plants arrived it appeared that some of them were beginning to yellow. Having never ordered plants online I planted them anyway and about a month later it was apparent that approx. 75 plants weren't going to make it.
Called customer service and after a brief dialogue and explanation I was assured the plants would be replaced free of charge. Plants arrived 5 days later and I planted them and now the entire order is flourishing. A very good experience with good, solid people.
