Review of Dwarf Plumbago, Hardy Blue Plumbago {3 1/4 in. Pots min 25}

Super quality plants!
09/23/2015 By Sharon Cline

The hardy blue plumbago I received from Classy Groundcovers was of superb quality! Well packaged, well rooted and blooming. It is now planted and my customers love it. I am certain it will thrive.
This was the first time I ordered from CG and was pleasantly surprised.
The free shipping is an added bonus!
