ordered 96 plants-- 15 totally dead with no hope of revival-- most of the others were in fair shape at best-- disappointed overall in the quality

As we state on the packing slip that came with your shipment, please contact us immediately if they did not arrive in perfect shape. We guarantee to deliver plants in perfect shape. Many things could have happened to the plants in transit but we would have no way of knowing that if you do not tell us.
