This Laceleaf Japanese Maple 'Crimson Queen' naturally forms a low, rounded canopy with softly arching branches that create a graceful, weeping silhouette.

In spring, the new foliage emerges with rich red tones and the lacy texture stays a focal point through the growing season. As autumn approaches, the canopy can glow with brighter reds, adding a final burst of color before leaf drop. The small flowers are not showy, but the overall form and foliage are the main display.

Plan for a mature size of about 8-10 feet tall with a similar spread when given room to develop.
