Lavandula angustifolia 'SuperBlue', offered here as English Lavender 'SuperBlue', is a fragrant lavender grown for lavender-purple flowers above aromatic gray-green foliage and narrow, aromatic gray-green leaves. It matures 10 to 14 inches tall with a 12 to 18 inches spread, giving you a clear footprint for edging, grouping, or mixed perennial beds. The habit forms a compact, woody-based mound, so the foliage and bloom remain easy to place near paths, patios, or the front of a planting.

Choose full sun within USDA Zones 5 to 8, then provide well-drained lean to average soil and regular water while the roots establish. Its adaptable nature is strongest when once established it handles dry spells and lean or rocky soil is acceptable. Good spacing helps air move around the clump and lets the stated spread develop naturally.
