Plant your rose where it will receive full sun for best flowering. Choose rich, well-drained soil and work in compost to improve structure and moisture retention. Water deeply after planting and keep the root zone evenly moist during establishment; once rooted, water when the top few inches of soil dry, soaking the soil rather than sprinkling the foliage.

At maturity, expect roughly 24-48 inches in height with a similar spread. Give it space for airflow, and mulch to moderate soil temperatures and reduce evaporation. Feed in spring and again after the first flush to encourage repeat bloom, following your preferred rose fertilizer instructions.
